Between 2020-2021, I worked directly in our CEO to bring about bold and meaningful change for parents within the whole of Publicis Groupe UK. 

I set out a way to improve unconcious bias, agency culture and change systems that had remained uncontested for decades. In June 2021, a series of six industry-leading policies that I proposed and developed were announced resulting in radical change for over 5,500 employees across 32 agency brands.

As part of this role, I spoke on panels, wrote articles, created surveys, brought in external partners and presented my findings directly to the CEO of Publicis Groupe UK. There’s always more to do, but I’m extremely proud of the lasting change I created.











We created a range of cards: lockdown thank yous for parents, returning to work after parental leave, going off on maternity/paternity leave and your baby’s first birthday. Each of the cards had tangible benefits inside: John Lewis, Amazon and Treatwell vouchers, career coaching and your being given a day off for you baby’s first birthday (instead of using annual leave).
